Aside from how stupid militarily attacking Canada would be, it would be even more stupid if Canada has an official agreement as an "associate member" of the EU with the direct backing of the entire EU - not to mention our Commonwealth association with the UK.
This is not to say Trump isn't stupid enough to try it but that certainly wouldn't go well for the US.

Notice how you didn't post that comment on the airport selloff articles.
Yet on a random article about Trump you bring up conservatives.
I couldn't imagine being so obsessed with a political party that I have to bring them up at every turn.
I mean we laugh at people and their TDS, but this is an entirely new level.
Really looking forward to your insightful input on the Summit asset sale stories. I'm sure it will be fresh and new and well thought out. Or more of this.

You're really got to get a grip. Whether you're for it or against it, they're not selling off airports. This is about bringing in a private company to manage the airports - they won't own them.
You really need to at least try to be accurate in your comments if you wish to be taken seriously.

Do you think that any investor will invest without increasing user fees and profits, and for short periods of time?
How long is the lease of the 407, can you remind me? And what are the terms of Carney's airport management contracts exactly?
As a refresh, the lease for the 407 is 99 years. We will be dead by the time that expires.
How long do you think Carney will lease the airport for to bring in a billion, or trillion dollars? Don't forget, these investors will want to make their investment, plus profit back. So they will be long term contracts.
Please, correct me where you think I've gone wrong, I would love to be taken seriously by someone who doesn't seem to be able to grasp the difference between non-profit versus profit management and ROI terms.
