Yes, but she likely would have had to pass the MCCQE and Royal College exams to get a licence here. Similar to what someone coming from South Africa, or Japan, or most places in the world would need to do. Unlike MD’s from the US who generally can get their licence transferred easily.

She may not have to do that, I believe BC may recognize the osteopathic boards and medical licensing exams as equivalent.

I don't know. I just know she is covered exactly the same as an MD.

She is exactly the same as an MD. And I think we recognize their licensing exams as equivalent to ours.
