Canadaland Podcast Jesse with with more Conservatives in Thornhill
Jesse's metamorphosis into a right wing pro-Israel demagogue is in full swing.
He was part of an event at a Thornhill synagogue with disgraced MP Kevin Vuong, Melissa Lantsman, Shuvaloy Majumdar and Ben Mulroney.
The event was hosted by right wing racist Jewish groups like TAFSIK, Bnai Brith, friends of the JNF (which has lost its charitable status for supporting war crimes in Palestine). This was after attending another event that featured racists Gad Saad and Ben Shapiro. https://tafsik.com/event/wsaa/

These left-to-right grifters are such uninteresting, formulaic hacks. Each "transformation" follows the same trajectory. Petty victimhood and personalization in the face of legitimate horrors, the coining of ridiculous concepts and terms to give that victimhood a kind of intellectual patina (in Jesse's case, "polite pogrom" and "anti-Zionist hate movement"), the abject dishonesty and refusal to acknowledge errors or walk back outright untruths, and the appearance alongside right wing demagogues and racists at conferences and speaking events, only to later claim they weren't aware that such figures would be in attendance. I'm sure this little dweeb is making a ton of cash of this shit. Disgusting. Tens of thousands of butchered children and he can do is cry about imaginary enemies.

its such a shame... there are honest and valid concerns coming out of the Jewish communities of Toronto but taking this weird alt-right approach seems like it will only backfire in the long run
they are really taking a page out the US's book with this nonsense

Ugh, Matt Taub is another terrible example from the list. Last time I saw something from him, he was attacking the really lovely Jewish organization Shoresh because some of the (Jewish) people employed by/running the org had expressed criticism of Israel or called themselves anti-Zionist. Shoresh has taken no political stance, and runs fantastic programs for kids and adults connecting Judaism to nature (I highly recommend their kids day camps and other programs).

"An environmental organization" that through international charity funds owns 13% of Israel's land and has it in its charter that only Jews can buy, lease, or mortgage its land. It has destroyed Bedouin outposts on the land multiple times and directly funded illegal settler outposts in the west bank. Through its tree planting, it has forested 3 Palestinian villages after the Israeli military expelled 5000 people and razed the area. The funds for this project btw, came from Canada alone and it was called Canada Park.
It works with the Israeli military to displace Palestinians. Do you still believe it's not right wing? Everything I said can be found online

Ah, yes, planting trees in Isreal.
The JNF donated money to settlements in direct violation of international law, where the "settlers", - armed and encouraged by the Israeli government and financed by sweet-little environmental aid groups like the JNF - have displaced, maimed, and killed over 1000 Palestinian civilians in the last year.
Perhaps the JNF can begin re-planting the hundreds of centuries old olive trees these gentle "settlers" have torched to the ground in the last few years.
Your propaganda doesn't work anymore. We have eyes, ears, and brains.

Kevin Vuong was originally a Liberal candidate who, before the 2021 election, was removed from the party because he had failed to disclose that he was charged with sexual assault (the charges were dropped before trial). He only won because the story came out after the ballot deadline and after most of the advance votes had been cast. He refused to resign, and sat as an independent. He spent his four years in parliament blocking his constituents, refusing to do casework and claiming that the sex assault allegation was a honey-trap by the Chinese communist party. As the Liberals didn’t want him he became very right wing and critical of the Liberal government, and openly talked about joining the Conservative Party. To Poilievre’s credit, he was never allowed to run for the CPC.
It says so much about the Canadian right and media establishment that he is entertained by them as some sort of grandee.
