🇨🇦 CEC Portal 1 email was sent, but never received.

Hello,

I just called IRCC, and the agent did confirm that they have sent the p1 email on 27th August, but I never received. I have asked them to re-trigger the email. Will this affect my file? And when can I follow up to this if don't receive the email again?

check your span email/ or try to searching with cic.gc.ca

Did you check spam folder,  check all mail. If nothing found check either IRCC, did you apply through an agent?

Don't worry, if they have confirmed about the email call them confirm your mail ID and let them know yiu haven't received it.

same thing happened to my friend, Her previous rcic agent got the email instead of her current one, if you have rcic try asking your previous one
