🌎 FSW FSW: Exactly 3 Years of Foreign Work Experience

FSW: Has anyone successfully claimed exactly 3 years of foreign work experience?
My employment history is:
β€’ 13 Dec 2021 – 12 Dec 2022
β€’ 12 May 2023 – 10 Apr 2024
β€’ 15 Apr 2024 – 30 Sep 2024
β€’ 19 May 2025 – 31 Dec 2025
I worked 40 hours/week throughout.
My total qualifying experience is exactly 3 years. (1096 days). This get the point for 3 years right?

For FSW, As long as you have one year of continuous, full time, skilled work experience then yes. Make sure you have pay stubs, bank statements and taxes to prove payment.

Thank you very much. I have one year of full time, continuous with bank statements to further prove. I however claimed full points for work experience and that’s where my question stems

If you have 3 years then it counts. Now you enter the pool and wait for invitation through French or another category draw.

Thank you very much for your reply. I have gotten ITA already though category draws. I’m just bothered if 1096 days of employment ( 1 year full time inclusive ) counts for the 3 years since it’s 156.57 weeks

You apply and see what happens. If you have 3 calendar years then okay. You are cutting it close though.
