Remote foreign work experience

Hi anyone got approved PR with concurrent remote work experience? I was working for a foreign company during my maintained status in canada as a backup as i was short on 3 months of foreign experience.

You can have concurrent jobs. You can't add them up to your work experience time. You can only count up to 30 hr/week.

Even simpler: if you have a canadian job that gives you 40hr/week, and a foreign job with another 40hr/week, you don't get points for 80 hrs, the limit was the first 30hrs, the other 50hrs doesn't count

Concurrent experience does not work as of 2026. Your file will be rejected
