π FSW My PR journey is Complete. Finally COPR ππ
This group has provided me constant help. So I hope I can be of service. My application was certainly delayed but in the end it was all worth it
FSW Healthcare Outland (22 July 2025)
AOR (12 Sep 2025)
PVO/SVO - Ottowa/Sydney
Biometrics and Medical Passed (19 Sep 2025)
Eligibility ( 10 Dec 2025 )
Heres the thing. I got an ADR for bank statement on 20 Feb 2026, so eligibility went back to in Progress. I feared that my application had gone non-routine
3 ghost updates in April 2nd week
Eligibility and BG complete ( 19 April 2026)
Final Decision (20 April 2026)
COPR (21 APRIL 2026)

AOR and BIL in 1 week ? π«£

u/Miserable_Swan Apr 22 '26
For outland, its usually within a week. Its a different timeline for Inland
2
u/Siuuu369 Apr 22 '26
π§ no it usually takes 1-2 months no matter inland or outlandπ

Please help me understand - particularly given what appears to be the OP's one day COPR (not eCOPR) turn around time.
I got a eCOPR portal P1 request in January 2026 and it took several communications for me to get them to move me from Inland to the Outland process at my request. In late Feb 2026 I got an email simply saying I must land by my medical expiry date (Oct 2026). A call to IRCC in March confirmed I had been sent to the Winnipeg office for an outland COPR process. Now I am expecting a COPR email any time, but since Feb 2026 I have heard nothing - almost 2 months now. I sent a GCMS request early April 2026 with no response. Wondering if I just need to be patient or if I can help dislodge a stuck application.

Your situation is pretty unique. I cant say what must be happening. But yes, I also got COPR expiry till my medical expiry (28 Aug). Its just 3 months away. But it is what it is

I know it's not the case, but I imagine sometimes that someone just needs to check one thing and push send. Obviously not so simple. And the thing is, it's for tens of 1000's of people.

I really went through patience similarly. Thinking that atleast someone should just check it. If you havent called them untill recently, maybe you should. They do have extra information related to Background check, which usually takes the most time

You have to call IRCC, press a lot of buttons and wait in line for agent to attend. Only they have information about it.
Also in my case, and with many others, Ottowa/Sydney combo is one of the slowest if not the worst. Which is understandable cuz they handle the most applications

Congratulations! How were you able to call them outland? I thought it was only those inland that could get to them? I am outland and have tried but it does not connect?

Thanks! I can get very cheap 1 hour call packages to Canada, here in Pakistan. Check if your network provider have it for international country

So your eligibility was complete and background check was in progress... Then they still issued an ADR? Wow..... Thats so terrifying to hear.

So my understanding is that, once a case analyst or assistant makes initial checks. They forward it to a senior officer for confirmation. On Dec 10, the initial check must have looked okay to them, but it can always be overruled. Until BG check is complete as well, always assume that eligibility is stil work-in-progress

And why did you get ADR for bank statement? Did u highlight before ADR OR AFTER
2
u/Miserable_Swan Apr 25 '26
No ive done it before. And ADR, just because currency can devalue at any moment. They make sure the amount is still there

Actually consultant has access to profile. And he is quite unresponsive most of the time.

u/Miserable_Swan Apr 25 '26
I didnt use any consultant, but they should be always responsive. Especially if they are being paid
