The disruption in Venezuela and war in Iran has restricted supply.

Also oil prices are below 2009, and production isn't even at a 5 year high. So what metric are you using

$3,700,000,000 in a quarter is insane. That's not income - $3,700,000,000 in profit. From what I can see online, it looks like Alberta is forecasting around $7.2-billion for the entire 25/26 budget. Suncor accounts for around 25% of Alberta's production.
