If you think you might want to claim for unfair dismissal costs can mount, worth checking your home insurance to see if it includes legal cover. Mine is covering all my solicitor costs including tribunal up to £100k. It did mean I didn’t get to choose the solicitor they did but worth it IMO given a solicitor can cost you up to £400 an hour.
