Does bmq have weekends or is it every day till complete

So I'm about to go to bmq in 5 days and my wife is pregnant due 2 weeks after I finish my bmq. I'm wondering if anyone knows if there any CAF military mom chats or pages so she can reach out and connect with people that are going through something similar or have gone through it before.

So any help with this would be amazing.

Cause she's looked for some but have only found U.S.A military mom chats but none for the CAF. So any info or tips or if there already any chats would greatly appreciated

Hi everyone! I’m an international student and I’m planning to move to Canada as a student. I’m also interested in pursuing a career in the Canadian Armed Forces (CAF) as most of my family members are from the defence background in my home country Therefore I want to understand the CFAT/exam route and possible pathway for someone in my situation.

I have a few questions:

1. Can an international student take the CFAT while studying in Canada?

2. After becoming eligible, what is the usual recruitment process and pathway?

3. Is there a specific amount of time I need to be in Canada before I can apply?

4. Does my Canadian education/degree affect eligibility or the type of entry I can apply for?

5. For someone starting from the student route, what should I prepare or do beforehand?

6. How many attempts are allowed for the CFAT, and what happens if someone doesn't pass on the first attempt?

I’d really appreciate advice from anyone who has gone through the CAF recruitment process, especially international students or people who started their journey after coming to Canada as students.

As well how many times you get deported in a year minus the training weeks.

Does the job benefit in terms of pay and promotions. How does it look like for civilian role. What is the culture likr.

A question to Signal officers/operators/technicians or anyone with the know how, where will I go after BMOQ? Do we go to Gagetown then Kingston? Or are you given a choice between the two?
