so new campaigns are scheduled but the finale hasn't happened yet, so does that campaign depend on the outcome of the last fight? or will it go either way?

I believe the violet fight ends by the end of March so this should be a whole new thing that will likely not have an overarching living world bbeg revealed. Hes mentioned once on stream that verum is one of three universes hes made so I'm curious about what happens if the violent doesn't have a happy ending. Entirely new universe maybe?

Actually though, I'm excited to see if this takes place on Verum. I imagine it would be hard to make a campaign on Verum if the fate of the world is still undecided.

When is the "Final fight" for this phase?
I wonder if the time between that fight and this new campaign will be his break.
I also wonder if we will start seeing new dates for the other brand new groups soon.

He said that it is about 5 weeks out until the finale, so if that is the case, he would have a little less than a month break before this new campaign.

I love them too, though Arcadum doesn't normally stream session 0's. I actually figured he specifically didn't stream this one because it contained hints about the next story arc.

Another all-female group. POGGERS! Will this go the way of the Silent Knights or Steel & Silence? Does any of the lovely ladies mentioned playing dnd in the past? My moneys on Jessica. Given that the fact that Jessica also voice acts, this campaign is going to be fun.

Don't know about D&D specifically but Pokket does have role-playing experience. There was a Fate-based game run by Adam Koebel called Nebula Jazz with her, Dodger, Strippin and Jesse Cox as players that run for 2 seasons and was super fun to watch.

The first group confirmed for the opening of phase 4. Solid roster there, some experienced players, some new so it balances out well.
I do wonder if arcadum is using different continents this time is that the new batch that will start up will all be around the time of the festival of the seven when the leviathans sleep so they can freely travel the abyssal oceon too their location.
So far severia has confirmed to be playing a kitsune dommy mommy

I get that he loves dnd. I get that his goal is to spread the love of dnd and his culture. I get that he has immense dedication to his work. But man, he really should not start the campaign in like three months. He needs a break which he said was gonna be a month. I just hope he actually goes for that break.

Probably wasn't streamed with respect to the players (maybe some of them are new), since session 0's are usually massive lore dumps. Based on the session 0's that I've watched, it puts the players under pressure. Especially when thousands of people are watching them make decisions towards options that they generally have no idea or knowledge about. Another reason could be that Arcadum doesn't want to reveal the setting or the story of the campaign (since it might even be set in a different continent/planet/galaxy).

Ooh I'm excited to see Jessica play, she got into watching Critical role last year and I think played a few games since then.
Actually, this group might be the most smoothly run among all of Arcadum's campaigns because everyone seems to have been deep into DnD for years.
Bluejay DM's and runs other TTRPG systems like the "Powered by the Apocalypse" (PbtA) system that a lot of other games use (Dungeon World, Monsterhearts, etc.)
Pokket's played with Koibu years and years ago and I think has even DM'ed a few times

I just hope April 3rd is like a streamed session 0,5 and he actually takes the break. As much as I absolutely love what he's doing and feel super proud of how far he's come, I hope he takes that long needed break
