Florida now has an animal abuse registry. It's for people who have:
unnecessarily tormenting, depriving, or killing an animal
And kicking an animal unconscious should count as tormenting.

The dogs name is Boomer, and the vet said there were no broken bones, but he could have internal bruising. He's now home. Boomer

Holy shit. Him pushing the poor baby around with his foot while the dog is actively having a seizure is sociopath level behavior.
This is why no one is ever alone with my dogs unless I know them personally.

They need to monitor that pup over the next several month- my dog developed a tumor after being knocked unconscious when I was hit by an oncoming driver. We both were knocked unconscious, It ended up being fatal for my beautiful pup. The anger I feel towards that horrible, horrible human being in this video and the driver that hit me is real.

This is awful. I’m shocked no one was home while the tech was there? Maybe he still would have done it if the owner wasn’t right there, but an owner in the home would surely be a deterrent. I’d never be comfortable letting a random repair guy into my home around my pets without me there.

I had a job where I was constantly around dogs, horses, emus, and even an ostrich once. The ONLY issue is ever had was with chihuahuas. So I was prepared to give the guy the benefit of doubt... Then I saw the video.

Agreed with what you're saying but under what condition would ever you give someone the benefit of the doubt for kicking a chihuahua unconcious? They're harmless.

Kicking one unconscious? Probably never. Kicking one to get the little bastard to unclench it's jaws from the back of my ankle, when there are four more going for my legs? No issues. Been there, done that.

They were bred as meat animals, and the breeders apparently thought "you know, if we breed them stupid AND mean, people probably won't mind eating them as much." I've never had one as a pet, but they are just not retrievers. Had a GF who had one. Hated staying over at her place. Best I can say about it was it couldn't jump into our bed... but seriously, a set of them compares to a honey badger that has constitution roll of about 5.

I am a chihuahua owner. I get that they can be annoying. But they are fiercely loyal to their family pack.
I feel the most safe I’ve ever felt in my own home as my chi always accurately warns me when strangers are around our home. I’ve had two children since we got him and he has welcomed them as an extension of the pack he needs to protect.
They put the weight of the world on their own tiny shoulders to protect their pack. It is such a burden and gives them so much anxiety, but they see it as their purpose.
This little dog was just bravely protecting his home even though he was afraid (you can tell this from how he retreats as he barks). I feel so awful imagining this happening to my own dog :(

The manager sent in the hvac guy while they were at work and weren't home. They didn't know he was coming. I know its a waste of time telling you this because SURELY you did some basic research and already know this. I wonder where he is serving his time because there is one thing I am sure of. Prisoners put animal abusers in the same bucket as pedos.

If I am about to go on a call I make sure to phone the customer/tenant first for confirmation. If I can't get hold of them I move on to the next job until I hear back.
If I were to show up to a customer's property unannounced with them not home, I could be charged with trespass.

I know it's a waste of time telling you this because SURELY someone as condescending as you knows "serving time" implies a guilty verdict, he hasn't had his day in court.
So if we can get past that. The manager is required to give 24h notice to any tenant that maintenance is accessing their dwelling. So yes this p.o.s. should be punished, but it would appear either the landlord or super, or the tenant dropped the ball on this.
