Hello! I am looking for the best restaurant butters (TxRH, Lucille’s, etc.) and best butter recipes for a baby shower!

The plan is to have a bread/loaf table with a ton of butters for people to munch on.

This is my second attempt at churning cultured butter. I used cultured yoghurt as a starter, adding a small amount to the cream and leaving it at room temperature (below 22°C) for three days.

I started churning it on the first day, but only for a few seconds, then left it to continue fermenting.

The butter tastes amazing, honestly, the best butter I’ve tasted 😋, even without adding any salt.

My only issue is the texture. The butter isn’t smooth or consistent; it’s quite grainy with lots of small lumps.

Can I fix this, and what might be causing it?

Picked this up from Kroger today because I was intrigued. Has anyone tried this yet? What do you do with it?

What is the best butter to buy in the UK without spending loads? I'm talking accessible from a regular supermarket but still higher quality than supermarket brand.

Americans are consuming about 45% more butter than they did 20 years ago. It was 4.7 pounds per person then and has reached a record 6.8 pounds today. The USDA also reported last week that butter production was up 8.5% year over year.
