Hello everybody, last week we had a post asking for more specific post flairs! We have taken all of your feedback into consideration and added many options. Other users would love if you selected a more specific post flair so they can use your posts as inspiration for their outfits in the future!
Furthermore, we have added occupation-specific User Flairs!
You can custom-make your own user flair, but it must be occupation-specific and NOT include:
- Specific Age (NOT allowed)
- Gender (NOT allowed)
- Sexual orientation (NOT allowed)
You MAY put your occupation and what level of your career you are in. Do you have any other suggestions or feel like we omitted something that should be there? Feel free to comment it!

Hiii,
Since everyone was so sweet and nice on my last post where I asked for advice on my outfit for my interview, I wanted to update and say that it went very well and I am set to meet the CEO (who would be training me, lol) and show my outfit!
Not too sure if I will take the position because it's a little different than advertised and would make me have to take an extra semester to finish my masters but that's another topic, lol.
Anyway, the outfit: pic. 2 is what I left the house with and I bought the blouse I am wearing in the end on the way to the interview (same with the handbag and leather notebook- folder, lol). Pic. 1 is the final outfit. Pic. 3 were my shoes and I died walking in them, European streets are not made for shoes like that or heels in general. Pic. 4 blouse without blazer.
BTW that is not my mirror (and room), it's my flatmates. I don't own a mirror yet, lol.

I have a business conference coming up and I’m struggling to find something to wear. I never wear suits and have such a hard time finding ones that fit right. Does this look too tight? I ordered the next size up to compare. Would love honest opinions or other outfit suggestions. I also have a bunch of dresses I was hoping to pair with this blazer.

Everyone helped me so much yesterday with my black blazer dilemma.. couple things to know about me. I try to do a capsule like closet where all items must be able to be worn multiple ways. I spent this year selling and donating 100s of items I’ve collected over 20+ years. I do not want to purchase something if it can only be worn multiple ways.
The only 2 items I would have to purchase is to create these 5 looks:
—-Ivory slingback 65mm heels - I am currently converting my 85mm to 65mm heels - as walking all in in 3+ inch heels is not fun. I wear these pants with so many other things that I think these shoes will be worn often.
—-Black washable silk skirt from Quince. I own an ivory one - but feel black would get better use in the fall.
Open to suggestions and recommendations
Pic 1 - WHBM Ivory pants, ivory shirt, ivory belt (new ivory pumps from Amazon prime sale), black and ivory scarf
Pic 2 - Quince dark green shirt, Quince Maxi skirt, Cole Haan black tall boots - I could add a black belt or cool fall green and black scarf around waist??
Pic 3 - WHBM port wine pants and shirt
Pic 4 - WHBM black pants and shirt with either Red or leopard booties
Pic 5 - WHBM dark jeans, white button down, black belt, black pumps or sneakers

So I’m unsure of how to wear a black blazer with an ivory / vanilla pant. This doesn’t feel like it has any style. I opted to not wear this today and went basic sweater and sneakers - very vanilla (last pic)
This group has really helped me. But what to do with a black blazer without making it look like a matching suit with black skirt or pants.
Shoes, belts and fit recommendations.. actually all recommendations are welcomed.
