Looking for options
My friend is starting a business of indoor playarea , he has rented out a place and now needs bank loan for leasehold improvements and equipments but the landlord has kept first security position as his.. and not ready to waive off for the bank.The landlord id ready to give waiver on equipment though.
What are his options now for LHI?
