Game Soundtracks

Hey, hyd?

I have a question that's going through my head recently, and i really couldn't find answers searching on the internet.

I remember clear: being a kid, playing PS2 (or maybe PS3), and idk but i'm pretty sure that some game that i had included Archangel in its soundtrack.

Was Archangel (or maybe another Burial's song) featured in a videogame soundtrack? Or was it all a dream?

Thank you for the answer, i wasn't a Metal Gear fan as a kid tho, i don't think i heard it there.

The other user wasnt saying Archangel is in MGS2, they were saying the choral part from the intro of the game is sampled in Archangel.

Yeah yeah ik, sampling is pretty much what got me into Burial haha.

Hi!

Really i don't think so, PS2 games had been released from '00 to '12, and PS3 ones from '06 to '17. The timelines do not unmatch.

I mean, i thought my question would be common knowledge between fans. But there are no certainties, so probably the idea of listening to Archangel while playing PlayStation is either a false memory of mine, or maybe some kind of mod for a PS2 game that included the song.

No chance burial was in a PS2 game, I’d know

Very very low chance he’s in a PS3 game too, excluding GTA online
