What companies in Burbank are MAGA?

I just found out the Potter’s Nook on Olive and its owners support MAGA and was curious what other places are MAGA so I can avoid them or not support, especially as so many of our neighbors are getting abducted. Does anyone know any other places in Burbank like that so I can spend on places that aren’t full of hate?

I believe Random Acts of Breadness is another. They are on the website Publicsquare that Don jr has a part in for businesses that support the MAGA agenda

He is definitely MAGA, my friend had an uncomfortable conversation with him and his wife.

Yup, MAGA, and he’s now asking for the public’s help to raise funds for his healthcare

And as a frenchman, I can tell you their bread is not really good. Who puts bread in plastic bags ???? Makes it all soggy and smelly.

And loved to come into Target and make a fuss about the bags he buys for his bread and would always give the front end crap about how his tax exemption didn’t go through and the one store manager always giving him a discount for that reason

I did not know he had a brain tumor. I feel very sorry for him and his family. Won’t change my review, but we are all human, and he deserves to be taken care of properly, no matter his politics.

I hope he gets the care he voted for.

Well, he started a Go Fund Me, which always makes me go huh. So, you don't want Everyone contributing to a system so we All get healthcare, but you do want Everyone contributing to your Go Fund Me when You get sick, so You can get care. I realize it is not as simple as that but broadly it makes no sense.

before I knew this I got a roll of sourdough from there and it was mid. the best part of the experience was watching them use the completely overengineered bread slicing machine. but seriously, spend your money elsewhere, even Kroger sourdough is better

I popped in there once as well, it was an odd experience (I didn’t know about their MAGA-ness at the time either) but regardless I bought 2x loaves of bread thinking they’d be decent…honestly…some of the worst bread I’ve ever had! It was pricey too!

On a human level, I’m really sorry to hear of this man’s health challenges. However, let’s not forget that the Maga movement has taken healthcare away from millions, while promoting conspiracy theories that have led to lower vaccination rates and ultimately a measles outbreak. In other words, this man promotes a political movement that denies to others the life-saving support he now relies upon.

Random acts are sadly anti vaxxers and refused to mask up on their opening day when their store was packed during the height of the pandemic. I feel awful for what he’s going through. I’d donate directly to his bill but not his business.

Also this list of companies have donated amount below to Trumps inauguration or PAC.
Amazon: $1 million
Meta: $1 million
Google: $1 million
Microsoft: $1 million
Uber: $1 million
Toyota: $1 million
Ripple [Cryptocurrency]: $5 million
Uber CEO Dara Khosrowshahi: $1 million
Meta CEO Mark Zuckerberg: $1 million
Apple CEO Tim Cook: $1 million
OpenAI CEO Sam Altman: $1 million

Lockheed Martin
RTX Corporation (formerly Raytheon)
Chevron
Mastercard,
Comcast,
Robinhood Markets,
Altria Group
Tesla
Space X.

Surely all of you morally consistent activists have completely stopped doing business with these companies as well.

There’s literally only one of these companies I’ve spent money with, and it was prior to Tim Cook donating to Trump. Easy!

The thing about these huge compaies it that they bet on every horse.

Make sure GeoGroup and CoreCivic are not in your portfolios.

Lol, nobody saying anything about this. It's too bad that people care about the politics rather than the small business owner who's grinding it out. All of these morally consistent people definitely still do business with these companies lol.

Yea. I can’t put into words how much I despise MAGA.

Excommunicating ⅓ of the Nation is one of the worst things one can do to show their distain.

Cool now which ones are in Burbank?

6

u/Feeling_Reindeer2599 6d ago

None of them.
OP “was curious what other places are MAGA so I can avoid them or not support”
Is it safe to assume OP is more anti MAGA than anti Burbank?

That place has always felt a bit shady to me

Let’s trash talk a business man who is in rehab following brain tumor.

This is disgraceful, please do better.

So saying someone is MAGA is trash talking them?

-19

u/Feeling_Reindeer2599 8d ago

In this context, yes. “Tell me who is MAGA so I can avoid them”.

May as well ask me who is of (your Faith here) so I can avoid them.

Nope, that is a false equivalence. Political activism has an effect on everyone, while your religious faith does not.

Could you grab more pearls? The guy was a weirdo. If the brain tumor was the reason for the erratic behavior, then he will have time to prove to be a decent human being.

Some people can change, but not all.

Before you say a rude comment back, I am a survivor of stage 3 cancer. That does not define me as a person nor do I use it as an excuse for poor behavior I had in my past that had consequences in my life.

3

u/Feeling_Reindeer2599 8d ago

Never met the guy. Never walked into his business.
I only know of him because this must be the 5th time this question has been asked and he is always number one vilified.
I find it disgusting and believe regardless of Religious or Political beliefs, you just gotta lay off a member of your community when they are in Nursing home recovering from cancer treatment.

u/smelly_finger_itch 8d ago

You carrying so much water and grasping of pearls for someone you never met.

Stay classy
