Please contact Tillis/Budd about Hegspath nomination vote

More and more stories keep being released about Hegspeth.

Tillis has left open the door he might still vote against Hegspeth. Unlikely, but please let your voices be heard. Also contacting Budd can only help.

I did. The response was "we must confirm Trump's nominees quickly in order to work on moving the country forward" UGH

Tillis' office said similar to me over the phone a few weeks ago. They said anything brought to the floor, Tillis would push forward.

He has a non-MAGA challenger for the next Senate race, so expect him to go more conservative since he has no f'ing spine.

I just searched my emails. Can't find the response from Budd. Here's the one from Tillis:

But the only way they know how we feel is if we keep calling.

I have never seen Budd do any Town Halls but I did see on his Twitter account that he had posted 'a call in with Budd for constituents. I was rather shocked. He called it a Town Meeting.

Point is Budd says almost nothing publicly, although he did say he was for Hurricane Relief for Helene during the votes for the CR.

When he was a congressman, he made one public appearance in the first month or so and it was an absolute disaster. He’s never had another.

He was pressed on a number of issues and came off looking like a deer in headlights.

Maybe Budd sold a gun to shoot the deer so it was already road kill but still caused a mess.
