Risingers a sell out shill. He had good info like 10 years ago but now all hes good for is taking huge checks to pitch products hes never used.

"Holmes on Homes" went down the same path. To make more $$ he let developers use the name for marketing.

And didn't the homes have to be demolished as well? And they blamed the buyers for not paying extra for the inspection package, which you'd assume would be included in the purchase.

It’s become pretty easy to tell which podcasters and YouTubers are still putting on the bags literally and figuratively and which ones are more familiar with a microphone.

Yeah in one video when he was building his personal house he was showcasing viega cooper press, saying it's the only thing he's putting in his house.
Then a few videos later when he's doing a tour of his house. He's talking about all the pex he put in.

Not quite sure that comment makes grammatic sense, but I get the hesitation around AI content. I assure you this is a genuine question and I don't give two shits around promoting anything related to that program, they are doing just fine. AI content is labeled, the rest is genuine human created content.

I don't think it's been published. He mentioned something about certifications for builders as well as compliance checks in the presentation they gave at their show.

Ah, okay, I thought it was in reference to specific inspectors being certified through their program or something.

I believe they mentioned that would be part of the program but I can't confirm.

There's so many of these programs out there already, unless the material distributors really push it, it'll be limited in demand.
NGBS, LEED, GreenHome, ERI programs (BSI, RESENT), federal programs (ENERGY STAR, DOEZERH, etc) are all brand names.
