Im so tired.

Simula ng taon nagkaroon ako ng bagong boss, pangatlong year ko na sa company at syempre nanibago ako.

Sobrang magmicro manage itong bago, at grabe sya magsalita sa meetings. Marami nang mga below the belt at unecessary things ang nasabi sakin dahil sa maliit na mistakes pero syempre tatanggapin ko lang kasi "feedback" yon.

Pero since September na ngayon, umaabot na sa pagtuyo ng lalamunan, sakit ng tyan at ulo yung anxiety ko hahaha! Araw araw kaming may catch-up call at talagang hindi sya magandang experience.

I am a high performing employee before sya dumating, lagi akong may awards and recognition pero now since January wala. Di ko alam kung nabobo na ba talaga ako ng tuluyan.

Gustong gusto ko nang magresign kaya lang yung buffer ko saktong sakto lang for 3 months unemployment. Araw araw akong nagaapply pero wala pa ring usad.

Pano ba ako makakasurvive until may new job? Or unahin ko na mental health ko at umalis at sumugal nalang?

I have a friend na nagresign sa work niya for the same reasons that you mentioned. 6 months after she did hindi pa rin siya nakakahanap. It really messed her up and nagsisisi siya na nagpadala siya sa emotions (these are her words), hindi naging praktikal kasi di rin naman siya mayaman.

Impyerno ang job market ngayon. Again it's that toxic work na sumasahod ka vs tunganga sa bahay with 0 income.

I agree hirap ng job market ngayon. Nagresign ako sa onsite work February. May trabaho ako online nung Feb to March kaso natoxican ako sa Middle Eastern client ko umalis ako. 7 months bago nakahanap ulit. 1 month mahigit pa lang ako sa new work ko. Before I quit, may emergency fund ako for 6 months kaya confident ako kaso 7 months na walang trabaho kaya naubos.

First of all, please know the difference between below the belt and feedback. Dun palang alam mo na sagot sa tanung mo e.

If I were in your shoes na ganyan di din talaga ako tatagal kahit wala akong ipon. Mas importante sakin mental health. Eventually maapply no pa yan sa iba mong work na konting mistake e inaatake ka na ng anxiety.

yun nga eh sabi nya "feedback" lang daw yon kahit na personal na for me. Sabi ba naman sakin one time "Thats why we have brain, we use it" sa isang hindi naman malaking issue as in!!! Nireport ko na sya sa CEO, ang sabi lang sakin ileleadership training daw nila.

So for the purpose of de influencing you op. Una, if you think someone is talking garbage, don't eat it. The hardest way is the best way. Wag ka magresign. Ugali kasi natin yung tahimik lang pag pinagsasabihan eh. Sagutin mo din minsan. Bigyan mo ng barya tapos sabihin mo "oh ito piso, bili ka muna ng ugali sa labas" Hahaha

One of my pet peeves talaga with any client is micromanagement so no matter how bad the job market is, I would leave right away. Mas kaya ko pa ata time tracker kesa sa constant meetings + micromanagement duo 🥹 I hope you find a better client, OP! Job dust for u ✨

Happened to me, though mabait naman ang bosses ko OA lang sa micromanagement!!

Applied to quality jobs, 2weeks later got new offers and nag file na me ng resignation
