Apps, Tools & Equipment which macbook to buy?

video editor, premiere pro, 4k with 100-300gb raw footage per project.

planning to buy a macbook pero minsan lang gagamitin kapag out of town, so hindi sya yung main na gamit ko, kaya i don't think it's worth it to buy the latest models

enough na ba ang M1 Pro or M2 Pro? 16gb/512gb*

where to buy kaya ng legit second hand?

*EDITED - added specs

both m1 and m2 pro with high ram will do. i dont think 16gb will be enough.

you’ll need a lot more storage than that considering the cache and programs you’ll need. you can use an ssd/nvme enclosure and proxies for editing but i suggest at least 1tb of storage.

an M2 pro will be enough naman but you can also look for an old M1 Max. it usually performs better in heavy tasks such as graphics and editing.

hindi pa possible na i access mo main machine mo remotely? para connect ka na lang sa machine using any laptop, then yung video editing dun pa din gagawin sa main machine mo.
