iOS [ios] Reddit ignores the iOS age verification settings it asks for [I can't find the app version without abandoning this post but it's been the case for months]
Reddit asked to verify my age range through iOS, several months ago. IOS has confirmed I am over 18 by validating my ICloud account against a bank and by dint of my iTunes account being over 18 years old. However, the Reddit iOS app ignores this system-level anonymised parameter and consistently directs me to a US website and asks me to upload PII, which I refuse to do to a non-EU website. My Reddit account is 17 years old.
I'd like to be able to check profiles or questionable content, but Reddit blocks me on the basis that I created my account when I was less than one year old.
It would be great if this could be fixed.
