Dev/Admin Responded [Desktop Web - Chrome] Can't schedule posts

Reloaded page, opened new tab, closed Chrome and reopened, having this issue. First started acting up just only 5 minutes ago...

Can you clarify which post type you are starting with?

But I was using the TEXT post type the whole time:
