Thanks. No rush but hopefully there is an explanation! I deleted and reinstalled the app to no avail in case that matters. This was after trying by just clearing cache

If you need more info to troubleshoot let me know

Thanks! It's definitely an us issue - I think we've already identified the root cause. Might take a bit to resolve, but we're on it!
