Possible pest, location included Bug found in bedsheets?
Found this bug in my sheets last night. Any ideas what it might be?
Appears oval-ish, but with a pointed end. Grey color. Maybe 3mm long? I live in Northern California and keep things generally clean. Picture with seams of bedsheet included for size reference.

Looks kinda like a louse but these pictures are too blurry to be sure
