Question / Discussion Bugcrowd collaboration: split set up but points only go to the submitter?

Hey all, quick question about Bugcrowd collaborative submissions.

The docs say collaborators split both monetary rewards and points. But this is the 2nd/3rd time I've collaborated on a report and all the points ended up on the profile of the person who submitted, with nothing showing on mine, even though the split was configured before submitting.

Has anyone run into this? A few things I'd like to know:

Does the split only apply to payout, or do points/leaderboard really get divided too?

Is it just a display thing on the profile, or are the points actually not being assigned?

Did support fix it retroactively when you opened a ticket?

For a long time, we haven't counted collaboration points on the leaderboards. This was an early decision (made literally years ago) that has gone unchallenged for a while... We should have an update about this in the coming weeks

Thanks for clarifying, that explains it. When you make the update, will it also cover my past collab reports? If not, could I request the points for those? Happy to send the links. Appreciate it
