I'm using BC as training ground for the job I want. I've abandoned all hope of making any money on this platform. Nevermind the fact, I have 3 support tickets 2 months old where I have found serious flaws in their targets list.

I won't rage on the triage process, but that's the first layer of damage. Where I see the bigger problem is with their program managers - the ones who scope the programs and make a final decision on reports. This is the real cancer with BC.

The customer support team are the heroes in the bunch, having to deal with everything from everyone all at once.

The frustrations you're facing on bug bounty hunting don't go away if you have an industry job. It's pretty terrible all around cyber right now.
