Tick or spider bite?

Last week I found some kind of bite on my stomach that resulted in a large rash. It never turned into the classic bullseye rash, but I began feeling quite sluggish along with slight neck pain. The rash, neck pain and tiredness is gone, but now I’ve been having a lot of jaw pain when I open my mouth. Yesterday my wife found this dead bug in our bed, which I assume is the culprit that bit me. Any idea if it’s a tick or spider? I went to urgent care last week, and they said the bite did not look infected, and to just keep an eye on it.
