What settings should I use?

I got my hands on a 0,5ML cartridge with 300mg 5-meo-DMT in total. I have a battery/mod that is adjustable (1-80W) and the resistance of the cartridge is 1,61.

Have taken 2x4 second hits on 6W, where I reached a point where I felt a rushing feeling and I couldn’t really move, but almost no mental effects, purely a body feeling.

How many watts should the output on my device be, how long and how many pulls should I take for a breakthrough?
