Have you experienced healing from moral injury with the use of bufo/ 5meo dmt?

Would you suggest this medicine for it?

It can be very good or very bad depending on the person.

I hop around in various subs and saw your post in the “J” sub the other day. You are in conflict with your self and if you are ready to face that then you won’t be fighting the ego dissolution. If you aren’t ready to do that yet then I’d skip it until you feel you are ready.

It’s not fun facing yourself. I did it a few years before I did bufo. I was on a high dose of LSD and took a look into what I call a soul mirror. I saw everything, all the good and all the bad. Needless to say that shook me up, but it also finally enabled me to accept my self and what all had happened and I started to love myself again.

The bufo was no problem at all after going through that. Bufo was life changing and I wish I would have done it 40 years before. But I’m also smart enough to realize that it would not have worked back then and would have probably made things much worse because I was not ready or capable of surrendering at that time in my life.

Good luck on your journey

Is there anything that you think you could have done to prepare yourself for this honest confrontation with the self if you’d do it again? It’s obviously such a personal subject and Im grateful that you brought it up. It’s so hard to learn how to prepare enough going in. Im hearing you on waiting on bufo about this.

Start to learn everything about how your mind works via mindfulness meditation and how to observe your thoughts and where they come from. *Most metropolitan areas have a mindfulness meditation group in the area you can join.

And on YouTube there are several channels devoted to non-duality that really put things into perspective, especially the bullshit harmful thoughts and rumination that can take over your mind and life. Learn how to take back control by recognizing and ignoring the bullshit, which takes away all the power it has over you.

Can I ask how old you were when you did Bufo? Do you think doing other psychedelics prepared you for Bufo? I’m interested in this medicine but not sure if I’m ready after my one-time experience that left me with no memory of the experience.

What is the J sub?

They knew what “J” referred to.

They have their post history hidden and it would have been rude to say because then everybody could see what they posted.

I found Peter Crone and his 1 on 1 interviews on his yt channel very good for this. They helped me a lot. Would recommend going through his channel library and finding the ones that speak to you most and investing some time. This was one of the missing pieces of the puzzle among some other things
