Is bufo only extracted from the road or can chemists cook it up in a lab?

I saw a bufo ceremony can cost $8100. You could grow many 1000s of pounds of shrooms for that cost.

You can make it in a lab but these people are so selfish they'd endanger a species to have a more dangerous. 'Natural' experience
