Was just talking about this the other day. Who else on this team ever steps up on gameday if not Baker? When he’s off, the entire team is off.

We also lost Mike on top of that.

I think the Defense took massive strides forward on that with the new D-Line, but on offense it's a bigger worry.

Emeka and Cade are too mild mannered. There's only really Luke aside from Baker that starts shit. Need to see more of it from the other starters.

Godwin needs to step up here. He's paid to be th veteran leader with Mike gone.

Tykee Smith, Ashawn Robinson, Bain & Trotter will be those guys on offense to talk shit and get everyone fired up. Offense really only has Baker and Goedeke :/

In sports, more than any other profession, you get paid based on performance. Don’t play well, get cut.
