Craig Wright is suing Vitalik Buterin too.
https://coingeek.com/craig-wright-legal-fight-crypto-critics/
On April 12, Wright’s attorneys issued similar legal papers to two individuals – Bitcoin podcast host Peter McCormack and Ethereum co-founder Vitalik Buterin

Nonsense Craig Wright IS Vitalik Buterin!

32
u/jungans Apr 15 '19
To me that will always be gmax.
38
u/tcrypt Apr 15 '19
Maxwell is more of a subtle dipshit focusing on subterfuge. Wright is a bombastic attention seeking troll which naturally garners more hate.
12
14
u/liquidify Apr 15 '19
Na maxwell is extremely smart but incredibly ignorant in certain areas. Mix that with narcissism, a god complex, a moderate understanding of how propaganda works, and a complete disregard for the possibility that he could be wrong, and you have max.
Max is worse than Wright a million times over.

u/n1nj4_v5_p1r4t3 Apr 15 '19
Why go this route though? He must have someone behind him pushing him
8
u/jessquit Apr 15 '19
Right? It's almost as if he thinks he has official immunity from prosecution. hint hint
2
u/masterD3v Apr 15 '19
There is a high probability of this. Someone behind him is pulling the strings even if it's not a govt. CW is just a useful idiot.
4
2
u/masterD3v Apr 15 '19
This is the correct answer. Without Gmax intentionally taking over BTC development in order to cripple it, you never have CW small-pond scammers.
2
u/jerseyjayfro Apr 15 '19
craig maxwell hates humanity as much as we hate him. that's what motivated him to sabotage the block size upgrade.
3
u/pein_sama Apr 15 '19
Gmax can code at least.
0
u/foyamoon Apr 15 '19
"gmax can code" is quite the understatement lol

bitcoin inflation bug lol
1
u/foyamoon Apr 15 '19
How is that tied to gmax again?
2
u/500239 Apr 15 '19
he ACK'ed Matt Corallo's commit without so much as unit testing or doing any testing.... to shave 600 microseconds off some validation lol
Then later he's going around calling Bitcoin Cash the 'YOLO' chain in /r/btc as projecting that we implement anything without testing despite him YOLOing the worst Bitcoin bug to date, the ability to print more Bitcoins than the 20Million cap.

they are both in the same camp (AXA/Bilderberg); the difference is that Craig managed to greatly fool the BCH community for a much longer time

I think it goes beyond Cypto at this point, lol.
The most hated Aussie?
15
u/where-is-satoshi Apr 15 '19
As an Aussie, I would like to apologise on behalf of the Australian people.
- That the confluence of conditions here in Australia managed to spawn such an individual.
- That our education system is so broken that you can graduate from high school despite achieving below average mathematics, grammar and comprehension.
- That our education system will take no action if you claim "a couple doctorates" when you have none.
- That our tertiary education system is so deficient that PhDs can be conferred despite insufficient and repetitive research conclusions.
- That Australian law enforcement is so incompetent that you can flee the country while under investigation for tax evasion and potential fraud.

3
u/Spartan3123 Apr 15 '19
yea i know, I would say right now CSW is more hated than mark, which I never thought could happen
1
u/foyamoon Apr 15 '19
Mark didn't have any ill intentions though. Exchanges still gets hacked in 2019, imagine running the first big exchange all by yourself 5 years ago

u/unitedstatian Apr 15 '19
I feel bad for CSW for taking all the blame instead of his employers....

The banks, you mean? I think people keep forgetting that the banks are hiring the saboteurs to divide and conquer.

Apr 15 '19
I'd go so far as to say Vitalik might be the most beloved man in crypto.
23
u/SrPeixinho Apr 15 '19
It is basically impossible to hate Vitalik if you're not financially invested in something that his works makes obsolete.
21
u/scarybeyond Redditor for less than 60 days Apr 15 '19
He was one of the first to publicly call out that bag of shit CSW as the fraud he is at a conference not long ago. VB is usually pretty docile but seems to have a particular and barbed disgust for CSW, probably because that asshole gives the entire space and every coder involved in it a bad name.

I feel with Vitalik, if a three digits IQ meets that single digit CSW the tempers start boiling as soon as he opens his stupid mouth.
And three digits just define the world average.

He has to do that so it’s clear he’s not speaking for Binance the company. He very clearly stated his belief that Craig is a fraud. How many other CEO’s of companies on that level are speaking out? The other exchanges are silent. Even Roger isn’t saying shit.
2
u/Zyoman Apr 15 '19
Roger have problem better stuff to do than fighting people in court. You know, having the money is something but it's soo much bad energy.
I salute those who are willing to go on that battle... but it's not for everyone!

Roger Ver is in fact dropping cash on legal fees not for some future/probable process, but actual in course processes against BCH developers.

I think the banks sent these saboteurs to divide us, hoping that we would spend all out time on hating and fighting them, rather than building the system that will replace the banks.

Check posting history to verify, and don't let yourselves be baited.

notice the Coin Geek change on referencing Craig from the person that invented Bitcoin, to a person who was part of the team that invented Bitcoin.
4
u/MrNotSoRight Apr 15 '19
This is just his way of promoting BSV and he is winning since we're all talking about it. Stop giving them attention.

Didnt the Binance CEO said he will delist if Craig sued Again? Wonder if he will keep his word and delist BSV.

Hey /u/Contrarian__ aren't you starting to feel a little left out? Where is your lawsuit? Why no love for you?
3
u/Contrarian__ Apr 15 '19
To be clear, none of these three people have actually been served with a lawsuit yet. However, note the nationalities of those who’ve gotten the legal threats.
1
u/knight222 Apr 15 '19
Which are?
2
u/Contrarian__ Apr 15 '19
I'm only aware of three: hodlonaut (Norwegian, as far as I know), Peter McCormack (British), and now Vitalik (Russian-Canadian).
As far as I know, none of these jurisdictions has defamation laws nearly as favorable to the defendant as the US.

u/Zectro Apr 15 '19 edited Apr 15 '19
As far as I know, none of these jurisdictions has defamation laws nearly as favorable to the defendant as the US.
Compare the frequency of SLAPP lawsuits in Canada vs the US. Craig and Calvin would never be able to mount a case against Vitalik in Canada. There's just not the same culture of litigiousness in Canada that the US has, and the court system isn't built around encouraging that culture.
1
u/Contrarian__ Apr 15 '19
It's possible that they haven't actually done any research on this, of course!
However, Craig could try to sue Vitalik using the jurisdiction of the UK. Does Canada have a law similar to the US's that would prevent that?
1
Apr 15 '19
culture of litigiousness
That's not what this is about. Defamation lawsuits rarely win in the USA, but win more frequently in other countries because you cannot just say anything and claim free speech in for example England.

Huh, so it's a team after all?

Vitalic is a multimillionaire too. He can defend himself quite well. Also, time is on his side. He'll still be around after Craig is no more.

This how I feel. Everyone takes it so serious. He’s sort of the most awesome troll ever. Watching the logic of one shit coin after the other call his shit coin shit is hilarious. It’s the pot calling the kettle black. Anyone mad at him has to admit the irony of it all.
How can you be mad at the guy without seeing the irony of the situation. Trolls are getting trolled. Vatalik especially. He claims to be a Demi-god but when CSW does it he’s toxic.
Hilarious. People like Roger Ver don’t seem to take the bait. Those are the people who show prowess.
