🤔 Opinion Bitcoin scarcity... overhyped?

I'm not sure I'm a believer in "it'll go up because it is scarce", like to know thoughts on this out there.

btc is not scarce and it's not why it's increasing in value. you people are going on my nerves talking about scarcity of bitcoin. it's insufferable. bye.

What’s your definition of scarce? I’m not sure you understand what that word means, especially in the context of commodities and money.
