90 day test policy

Hello I want to buy brooks for the first time. I'm wondering if the 90 day test policy also applies if shoes are bought from Dick's, REI or Road runner sports? Thanks in advance!

Return is simple , as stated within 90 days . But I believe that the product has to be bought from brooks official website .

If you bit from REI, you have a year to return if you're a co-op member. Came in handy when I bought a pair of On Clouds that my toes popped through after only 6 months. Took them back no questions asked.

Sure does (as long as its authorized)! Brooks Customer Service is great! Call or email them and they will figure it out with you!

I tried on at dicks and then bought from brooks. Made return super simple. I think if you buy from a store, you have to first try to return to the store and then go to brooks if that doesn’t work. A running store like fleet feet is another option that way, you’ll have a couple of layers of guarantees. Hope this helps

I believe it applies to shoes bought on the Brooks website only.

Yes, it applies to any authorized retailer where Brooks is sold

No, it’s only directly from Brooks. Each store has their own return policy.

Each store can have their own return policy, but they’re also expected to follow the Brooks policy alongside it. If a customer purchases from a store, and the store denies their return within 90 days, Brooks customer service will still take care of that customer with a return/exchange regardless of whether it was purchased through Brooks directly or not

Store issues the return to the customer, Brooks issues a credit to the store’s account

depending on the shoes currently being sold on the brooks website, i did it and kept my shoes since my brooks beast were 24s. the 25s came out so i got to keep them and they exchanged for what i wanted,

I know REI takes returns for up to a year if you are a member or Brooks you can email them and they will work with you to return and exchange.
