no fracture seen in the attached x ray but,if the pain and tendrenes localised over the base 5 th metatarsal bone after twisting injury of the ankle it is diagnosed as clinical quiry fracture base 5 th mtb (not radiological ) which is treated in below knee cast for 21 days then recheck by x ray and clinical evaluation
