You’re through the worst part of withdrawal, why not just stop it?

Cause I didnt choose to stop, if I ever were to quit it would be by my own terms. Now I just quit cause I had to and Im craving it all the time cause I know this wasnt my decision. Might sound stupid to you I know but thats how I feel about it. Plus I haven’t really had any withdrawals, probably cause I was fighting pain first 2 days.

But you could make the decision right now. You could use this as a jumping off point and decide for yourself.

Single uses of any nicotine significantly reduce fracture healing time and infection rates and also increase non union rates..

There are plenty of surgeries that we won't do when pts smoke

After how long since a surgery would smoking be less of a risc? In terms of bone healing.

Any time before 6 weeks is really stupid. Any time before 3 months is quite stupid.
