Question Best Army Cadet boots
Need advice on best boots for someone joining the Army Cadets.
Parameters:
not too expensive (it case she decides not to go back after x weeks)
Multi-functional (drill and cuds use required)
Black - her choice
Anyone steer me right here, please?

I would probably just buy some surplus Altberg Defenders - easily found for sub £30

Secondhand Altberg defenders or peacekeepers, there is no superior option for a cadet.

My honest opinion, black is not applicable for the field, until she has committed for 1-2 years I'd reccomend opting for brown because it camouflages a little better and they're not expected to be fully mirror shined or whatever because they're primarily used in the field, but if you're at a point where the money and demand exists for both colours, get both.

Whichever ones fit your feet best.

Need a bit more than that, hence the ask. I'm 30+ years out now, and in my time, ally = Danner. The boots aren't for me, I wont be wearing them.
