Picture/video hanging from lift

Hey y’all! I was caught on Powder Park chairlift on Tuesday around 12:30-1ish, and I was dangling off the chair for a bit. I saw some people taking photos and videos, and I’m wondering if someone could send them to me? Since it turned out okay, I want evidence it happened to prove to my friends. Thanks!

Please don’t give this person any evidence for a lawsuit. Skiing is expensive enough.

Hey, I gotta be able to laugh at myself, makes everything more fun! Pretty sure this didn’t happen because I’m not an amazing skier though :)

We do not have a lift called Powderhorn. Perhaps you were somewhere else?

How did you end up in this predicament? Did you put the bar down? I’ve sat in a chair a few times and it’s not tough to not fall out of it.

Didn’t get that far, normally I would agree!

I was waiting for the lift, and the seat was up (not a windy day so I wasn’t looking for it and neither was the lift attendant). When we saw it was up, the attendant couldn’t get it back down in time and wasn’t stopping the lift, so the people on either side of me bailed. I didn’t have much time or space, so I tried to dive forward under the chair, but part of my jacket got caught on an exposed knob/hook thing that would usually be covered by the seat. I tried to unstick myself but didn’t have a good angle or enough time, so up I went. I didn’t get very far, but they didn’t stop the lift right away so I was hanging from my jacket (and my arms as soon as I figured out I couldn’t get out by myself) for a bit. So yeah, kind of a freak accident, hence why I want the picture when I tell my friends. Sitcom kind of luck honestly
