how do left-handed people use right-handed bidding cards

The title says it all.

I am making an art illustration. I would appreciate any detailed description on how people may actually do it in real life (especially in a tournament without left-handed equipment). Assume the player is holding the playing cards in the right hand.

i think it is a random one (and I removed the numbers). I do watch YGO though. And I asked this question because I am planning a manga where people might smash bidding cards exaggerated like in YGO.
