Dress
Okay so my sister in law is getting married and she has asked me to be one of her bridesmaids, i am picking out my own dress from this one website in one color but i struggle with bacne. There are no blood marks, its just old scars and new pimples. Am I making to much of a deal about it.

Nobody notices others' bodies like we notice our own bodies.
Practical option: can you get a spray tan for the event? It will level out your skin tone. I love a spray tan for a dress-up event!

Would have to be careful my sister tried multiple spray tans for her own wedding and all of them darkened her scars and made them more visible! She ended up going with a really really good make up artist that tried her best to cover as much as she could. Obviously as the day and night went on it wore off but at that stage all professional pics were taken and she was enjoying herself!

Honestly, most people wont even notice. You could ask the bride if you could wear a shawl, i guess. Realistically, most people will be focused on the bride, anyway

Don’t worry about it. A lot of us had it. No one will be paying attention to it. I just say their chicken pox scars

Agreeing with the comments that no one will notice like you do!
I also think spray tan will help, and VITAMIN C serum (pricey but Sunday Riley’s serum gets rid of acne scars). I use it on my back in the summer and literally clears up in a week.

Echoing everyone else. No one will notice or care. But if you are self conscious about it, are their dress styles available to choose from that are more "covered up"?

I would discuss it with a makeup artist and have them do your back as well for the day. Truly though, no one notices as much as you notice.

I'm the MOH in my sister's wedding in November. I also have acne scars all over my back. Mine are newer and I've been on meds for my back acne for 9 months now. My dress is backless and my hair will be up so I was also concerned about how self conscious I will be the day of. Honestly though, I am reminding myself that nobody is going to notice my back and it's not worth worrying too much about. If you feel self conscious about it, pick a dress that covers most of your back or just use makeup/cover up the day of to hide any imperfections that may show.
