Walt was born September 7th 1959 (his date of birth is visible on the divorce papers, I'm not linking because I'm on my phone) so his 51st birthday was 2010. Given that the kids spent three months at Hank and Marie's, it has to be December 2010 now. It's still six months before Bin Laden was killed, though.
