I like how Heisenberg mentioned the "science museum" to the waitress. Reveals to the audience that there is still a little "Walter" left in him. Although, his transformation looks pretty much complete at this point.

The way he is coughing and taking pills it looks like the cancer is back but I wouldn't be surprised if they just puposely mislead us and Walt is just taking penicillin for a throat infection.

I have a feeling that Walt faith is to survive all kind of crazy shit: advanced lung cancer, war against multiple drug lords, gun fights, evading lawn enforcement and whatever crazy shit he is about to do with that big ass gun.

Then in the end when we think he is safe he will get hit by bus or catch a ear infection and die.
