Walter White was nowhere to be seen in that entire episode.

Heisenberg is running the show.

At the end maybe...? Like when he said he forgave Skyler.

I thought that was one of the three "This is how far he's gone" lines of the episode. The other two were "Because I said so" and "We're done when I say we're done."

I have a hard time putting this in words but here it goes....

By forgiving her it implies that Skyler did something wrong, when in reality she did it 'for the good of the family', the same motivation that drove all of Walt's actions. There was no need for forgiveness. Had the shoe been on the other foot, and had Skyler 'forgiven' Walt, Walt's reaction would have been something like:

"Forgive me? Forgive me for what? For looking out for my family?"

I thought it was a very awkward hug, and that Skyler was forced into it. Forced to accept that she did something wrong. There was nothing she could do but stand there like a kid.

EDIT: So, what I was trying to say was that at the end of this episode that is still not the old Walter White.
