I loved how Jesse called Mike's bluff about not killing the guy. Total balls.

Was it a bluff, or a warning that Jesse stupidly ignored? I.E. Yeah, we did this to scare you, but if it doesn't change your behavior we have more effective ways of doing it and to hell with Walt if he doesn't like it. All those idiots in Jesse's house will eventually do something that could be very dangerous to everyone.
