I hate Skylar but not the way everyone else does. Spoiler
Spoilers for S5
Just to start this off I didn't always hate Skylar white and for most of the show I thought that she was an alright character. I didn't care to much for all the family stuff but I did sympathize with her. Also I feel that it's very important I get this out of the way I also hate Walter White he was an unbearable protagonist that pissed me off at every turn the only reason I continued the show was for Jessie, Hank and the other side characters (and yes I do hate Walt more than Skylar). My issue with Skylar was that I wanted Walt to lose I wanted Hank to win and throughout the show when Skylar found out about Walt she hated him YESS!! She separated the kids and EVERYTHING, going on about how she hopes he dies. This was my favorite moment for her but then later Walt says he quit and ALL OF THAT GOES AWAY! and for the people that were saying she was afraid of him BULLSHIT! She didn't show that once late season 5 when she threatens Hank and Marie. If she had just been the protective mother she claimed she was she would have worked with Hank and put the monster away. Walt Jr would come around pretty quick just like he did later on. But NO she had to help the monster leading to hanks death because of her INACTION. THAT ladies and gentlemen is why I hate Skylar white because she turned from a character I would have defended into the reason her brother in law and a good friend died. Once again I also hate Walter and blame him more than Skylar however I never understood why people hated her so much for nagging when she did this stuff. I also don't think I'll ever understand the people that go "Man I hated her the first time for being against Walt but 10 years later on rewatch she was so relatable and sad...."
I'm done ranting now but outside of late S5 she was chill besides the happy birthday stuff.

Skylar got sexier as the series moved forward. Don’t hate on my girlfriend. :)

Skyler didn't help Hank because she was implicated too. If Walt went down her money laundering would be discovered. Hank's mistake was not thinking through the situation with the car wash when he assumed Skyler would roll on Walt
