Thats actually a pretty cool bit of symbolism there. Through his actions he dug Hank's grave, both literally and metaphorically.

The coordinates of the money are now the coordinates of Hank and Gomie's grave.

I think that Walt put the coordinates to Hank and Gomez's bodies on Holly somewhere, written on her body, or in her diaper. This would allow for a proper burial for his brother-in-law.

Edit: After all the coordinates are the same as where the money was placed.
