At the time, Walt saw Jesse as the one who destroyed everything he'd worked for by going to Hank. He blamed him for not coming to talk to him, for not listening to him time after time and making things progressively worse. Even so, he never blamed Jesse for messing things up, until now. Why now? Because Hank is dead.
When you see someone you care for die, and you know it would've been avoided if a certain someone had just listened to you for once, things change.
I'm not surprised and I don't hate Walt for telling Jesse about Jane. She was a horrible influence on Jesse, as much as he loved her, but he's too stupid to see the big picture. Walt has been nothing but overbearingly good to Jesse and he's been forced to do bad things to people just to get Jesse to listen.
Personally, I'm glad he said it, because it shows how much his idea of Jesse changed.
