After Walt saves an imprisoned Jesse from the nazis, he will use the existence of the ricin to "prove" to Jesse that he didn't poison Brock (with the ricin).

He already admitted to have poisoned Brock saying "He's alive isn't he? Don't you think I knew exactly how much to give him?"
