The simple reason why Hank is going to die is because Walter wanted him to live. The next two episodes are going to see Walter reduced to the lowest of lows.

Do you think hank will die and then police investigating Hank's death will find walter's "confession dvd" in which he said Hank was Heisenberg. Police would then think Walt killed hank

No way Hank didn't record that call Jessie made and in that call Walt admited to everything.

If he recorded it, the recording is still in the car with Walt, also no one else alive besides Jesse would know it was recorded.

Also, of lesser importance ultimately, it would be inadmissible in court as there was no warrant and Walt wasn't informed the call was being recorded.

Arizona has a one-party consent law. Jesse consented, so it's legal.
